About the role
As a New Graduate AI Software Engineer at Notion, you will help shape core user experiences and accelerate AI‑powered features that millions of users rely on. Working alongside design, product, and data experts, you’ll contribute to building intelligent tools that make work faster and clearer.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with your team to prototype and ship AI‑powered product improvements.
- Own a scoped productionisation project, integrating new models or techniques, adding monitoring, guardrails, and improving latency, cost, or reliability.
- Develop and extend evaluation frameworks, run experiments, analyse results, and translate learnings into product or system changes.
Required profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Available to start full‑time before July 27 2026.
- Previous internship experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Typescript, or React.
