About the role

The Sales Manager will lead a sales team to drive performance for a new real‑estate development in Brooklyn, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of the project, market conditions, and competitive properties.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and site sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing on broker outreach and ensure accurate listing information.
  • Build strong relationships with purchasers, clients, and brokerage partners through tailored presentations.
  • Monitor pipeline, maintain CRM records, and facilitate contract execution with all stakeholders.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of new‑development real‑estate sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop high‑performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • CRM and sales‑management platforms.
