Network Support Technician – Army AGUN Program

About the role

Telos Corporation is seeking a Network Support Technician to provide 24x7 support for the U.S. Army AGUN program. You will help sustain a global wide‑area network, ensuring its availability, performance, and security while working from Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Support 24x7/365 AGUN operations and deliver status updates to the Global Cyber Center (GCC).
• Execute standard network policy and configuration changes, including remediation and pre‑approved workflows.
• Manage, triage, and track service tickets in JIRA Service Desk and other ITSM platforms.
• Escalate incidents to higher‑tier teams when required and provide situational awareness to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on legacy environment discovery, capability assessments, and network modernization initiatives.
• Provide Tier II operational support, analyze network performance, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across geographically dispersed enterprise environments.
• Assist with network migration, integration, and sustainment activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years.
• Active DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) prior to start date.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an approved Computing Environment (CE) certification.
