Network & Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Network & Media to lead internal content delivery across our digital signage network. The role supports corporate partnerships, marketing initiatives, special events and venue operations by managing system administration, content creation, scheduling and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate software upgrades, system testing and implementation of new technologies.
• Serve as the internal creative development and content delivery expert for the Legends District Network.
• Create, manage, traffic, schedule and deploy static and animated content across digital displays.
• Develop display scripts, scheduling strategies and content workflows to maximize audience engagement and sponsor value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Events and Operations teams to design innovative digital display experiences.
• Ensure content quality, brand consistency and technical compliance across all assets.
• Work closely with Corporate Partnerships to deliver sponsor messaging and identify new marketing solutions.
• Support marquee events, activations and special programming by coordinating display access and technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing digital signage, LED display networks or outdoor advertising assets.
• Experience with content management systems, preferably Broadsign or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of LED display technologies, content workflows and media playback systems.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
