Network & Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

The Solution Architect will design and deliver high‑quality network and cloud solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and optimize total cost of ownership. You will act as the primary technical authority for solution design, ensuring security, compliance, and business impact throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all solution architecture aspects of IT projects.
• Design and integrate business process, data, application, infrastructure, and information security into end‑to‑end solutions.
• Document architecture using approved templates, tools, and standards.
• Review, assure, and approve detailed designs produced by designers and analysts.
• Coach project teams on architecture standards and best practices.
• Support segment architects and participate in Architecture Review Boards.
• Develop and maintain reference models in Bizzdesign, elevating deliverables to conceptual and logical levels.
• Monitor technology trends to ensure future‑proof solutions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data‑privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR).
• Champion Security‑by‑Design and Privacy‑by‑Design in collaboration with risk and compliance teams.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of IT experience with some leadership exposure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT‑related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate architectural decisions to technical and business audiences.
• Solid business acumen linking technical architecture to business value.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in networking technologies (routing, TCP/IP, SSL).
• Extensive experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking (VPC, VNet, VPN, Transit Gateway, virtual Palo Alto firewalls).
• Knowledge of Cisco networking solutions.
• Vendor engagement and product selection.
• Enterprise network automation and connectivity tooling.
• Proficiency with Bizzdesign for reference modeling.
