Network and System Administrator

About the role

The Retirement System Investment Commission (RSIC) seeks a Network and System Administrator to support its growing IT environment. The role focuses on evolving infrastructure, identity, and endpoint platforms while ensuring security, reliability, and a positive end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer cloud‑based productivity and identity platforms to improve collaboration and security.
• Manage core server, identity, and virtualization infrastructure for stable, compliant operations.
• Execute backup, recovery, patching, monitoring, and alert‑response processes to enhance resiliency.
• Maintain network infrastructure components to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
• Provide endpoint management, accurate technical documentation, and on‑call or after‑hours support.
• Coordinate with external partners to meet technology objectives and assist the Director of IT with planning.
• Participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response teams.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in system and network administration.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
