About the role
The Retirement System Investment Commission (RSIC) seeks a Network and System Administrator to support its growing IT environment. The role focuses on evolving infrastructure, identity, and endpoint platforms while ensuring security, reliability, and a positive end‑user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Administer cloud‑based productivity and identity platforms to improve collaboration and security.
- Manage core server, identity, and virtualization infrastructure for stable, compliant operations.
- Execute backup, recovery, patching, monitoring, and alert‑response processes to enhance resiliency.
- Maintain network infrastructure components to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
- Provide endpoint management, accurate technical documentation, and on‑call or after‑hours support.
- Coordinate with external partners to meet technology objectives and assist the Director of IT with planning.
- Participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response teams.
Required profile
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in system and network administration.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
