NetSuite Administrator

About the role

The NetSuite Administrator will own the administration, integration, and operational effectiveness of dataairflow’s financial technology stack. Reporting to the Director of IT, this onsite role ensures NetSuite ERP and its connections to HRIS, corporate credit cards, and expense platforms remain secure, compliant, and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize NetSuite, including SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, roles, permissions, dashboards, and saved searches.
• Maintain SOX‑compliant controls across all financial systems and support audit activities.
• Design, implement, and document integrations between NetSuite and HRIS, corporate credit‑card, and expense‑management systems.
• Manage vendor support relationships, escalations, SLAs, and coordinate system updates.
• Lead full‑lifecycle financial‑systems projects using structured project‑management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for Finance and IT leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of NetSuite administration experience, including full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Hands‑on experience maintaining SOX‑compliant financial systems and managing vendor support.
• Active PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• NetSuite administration, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics.
• CSV imports and data migration.
• Integration experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and expense‑management tools (e.g., Concur, Expensify, Ramp).
• SOX compliance, access‑control management, audit‑trail integrity.
• Project‑management methodologies (PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
