National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales

About the role

The National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales drives specification activity, commercial project development, revenue growth, and market share across Architectural & Design and Commercial sales channels. This senior leader oversees a team of channel managers, partners with national accounts, and ensures alignment with the company’s Annual Operating Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase specification activity and commercial project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders, and general contractors.
• Collaborate with the National Accounts Manager and sales team to maximize national account opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop A&D and Commercial Sales Representatives, including performance monitoring and talent acquisition.
• Support project tracking, specification conversion, and pipeline visibility throughout the sales cycle.
• Travel to field sites and conduct joint sales calls to advance accounts and territories.

Required profile

• Hands‑on sales leader with experience in specification‑driven selling and commercial project development.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key decision‑makers in the architecture, design, and construction sectors.
• Experience in quartz, porcelain, stone, tile, surfacing, architectural products, or broader building‑materials industry is strongly preferred.
