National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales

About the role

The National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales drives specification activity, commercial project development, revenue growth, and market share across Architectural & Design and Commercial sales channels. This senior leader oversees a team of channel managers, partners with national accounts, and ensures alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase specification activity and commercial project opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of A&D and Commercial Sales Representatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders, and general contractors.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Manager to maximize national account opportunities.
• Support major project pursuits, track pipelines, and manage opportunity conversion.
• Monitor performance against goals, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience in specification‑driven selling.
• Strong background in building‑materials or surfacing products such as quartz, porcelain, stone, or tile.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business, identify market trends, and manage competitive threats.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams across multiple territories.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
