National Account Manager – Sign Industry

About the role

Frank Balton Signs is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for national sign company accounts. You will manage communication, estimating, and project support from quote through installation, ensuring timely and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned national sign company accounts.
• Handle all communications related to quotes, site surveys, project updates, and installation needs.
• Review survey data and brand books to produce accurate installation pricing.
• Enter and track purchase orders in the Square Coil ERP system.
• Coordinate sign shipments, equipment rentals, cranes, lifts, and other installation resources.
• Maintain detailed project notes, timelines, and status updates.
• Prioritize tasks based on SLA requirements, deadlines, and project urgency.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as estimating, permitting, production, installation, and accounting.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the local sign industry with knowledge of sign surveys, installations, and equipment needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to identify potential delays or scope issues and communicate proactively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Square Coil ERP software.
