National Account Manager

About the role

The National Account Manager (NAM) is a business‑focused sales professional responsible for managing existing national‑account retailers and creating new retail partnerships for Liberty Safe’s line of residential safes. This remote position works closely with the sales team and reports to the Director of National Accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with national‑account retailers, including corporate buyers and store managers.
• Develop and execute sales solutions that remove sell‑through barriers at the retail level.
• Support retailer partners in enhancing ecommerce and advertising strategies for the safe category.
• Create new revenue opportunities through customer acquisition and product extensions.
• Coordinate promotional activities, ad planning, and trade‑show support for each account.
• Provide training tools and support to both corporate and store‑level teams.
• Produce regular product‑level sales forecasts for purchasing and manufacturing.
• Manage P&L (revenue and expense) for each assigned account to ensure profitability aligns with company goals.

Required profile

• Savvy, business‑minded sales professional with experience managing national‑account relationships.
• Proven ability to develop business plans, budgets, and P&L oversight.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with buyers, corporate stakeholders, and store management.
• Experience supporting ecommerce, advertising strategy, and promotional planning.
• Ability to generate accurate sales forecasts and analyze performance data.
