About the role

Everlight is seeking a dedicated Nanny to support executive families, providing care for children and assisting with household tasks. The role includes travel with families on work trips and vacations, requiring a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
• Travel with families on regular out‑of‑state work trips (all expenses paid).
• Meet children’s social, emotional and physical needs.
• Maintain a clean and tidy home environment at all times.
• Entertain, care for, and discipline children in line with parents’ principles.
• Assist parents with house management and personal tasks, including kitchen cleanup after meals.

Required profile

• Previous child‑care experience with at least two valid references.
• Proficient in housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Outstanding verbal communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
