Multi-Site Leasing Professional – North End

About the role

The Multi-Site Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the North End community. You will work to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and renewal strategies to maintain optimal occupancy.
• Provide ongoing resident support to encourage lease renewals and foster community satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports using Yardi software.

Required profile

• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work the schedule of Tuesday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm and Saturday 10 am‑5 pm.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
