About the role
ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a hands‑on Cleaning Supervisor to join its Brighton team. You will perform cleaning duties yourself while overseeing cleaning staff across multiple accounts and locations in the Brighton‑Howell area.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain facilities to a high standard, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and trash removal.
- Supervise and train cleaning teams across various sites, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Travel between locations to oversee multiple accounts.
Required profile
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience.
- Strong leadership abilities and reliable transportation.
- Attention to detail and a flexible schedule.
