Customer Service Representative - Airport (Full-Time)

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring immediately for a full-time Customer Service Representative at its airport locations in Kahului, Hawaii. It is an outdoor, multi-function role where you help customers throughout the rental and return process on the airport lots, with no two days the same.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the rental and return process on the airport lots
• Depending on location: check vehicles, enter information into a handheld device, process rentals for loyalty customers, assist customers at exit gates and check in vehicles at return
• Provide professional, friendly customer service for a smooth, efficient and positive experience

Required profile

• Valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move around the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for long periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Regular, on-site presence required; the position cannot be done remotely
• 6 months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
