Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) Lead

About the role

Competitive Range Solutions seeks an experienced MAC Lead to direct and manage the executive support group for DoD projects. The role focuses on overseeing equipment moves, adds, and changes while ensuring minimal service disruption and compliance with government standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a team capable of executing up to 20 WAOs, handling ports and equipment configurations.
• Manage simple to complex MAC tasks within the DoD accreditation boundary, including hardware moves, port activations/deactivations, VLAN extensions, and VPN configurations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and user agreements for Home Kits, Flyaway Kits, and JSP‑managed Travel Kits.
• Collaborate with the COR or ACOR to approve technical solutions and cost estimates for MAC actions.
• Track MAC requests, prepare monthly summary reports, and conduct root‑cause analysis on recurring issues.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in DoD environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
