Field Sales Representative

About the role
As a Field Sales Representative you will upgrade relationships with existing AT&T customers, delivering personalized technology solutions directly in their homes. You will work independently, using scheduled appointments to engage warm prospects and close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech deliveries during scheduled home visits.
- Upsell AT&T products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of commission‑based outside sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company vehicle.
What we offer
- Base salary between $61,800 and $100,000 with uncapped commission potential.
- $3,000 sign‑on bonus paid in installments.
