Mobile Engineer – iOS/Android Solutions

About the role

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team is seeking a Mobile Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of mobile applications that enable personalized marketing, customer engagement, and digital commerce experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment of mobile apps, focusing on iOS and cross‑platform considerations.
• Act as a client‑facing solution architect, defining approaches, presenting architecture recommendations, and aligning solutions with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership on iOS implementation patterns and guide Android architecture discussions.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution across distributed teams in the US, India, and Mexico, including work planning, code reviews, issue resolution, and release coordination.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mobile application engineering experience, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• 3+ years of iOS development using Swift (Objective‑C experience preferred).
• 2+ years leading developers or distributed engineering teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• iOS development with Swift (and optionally Objective‑C).
• Android development experience with Kotlin or Java.
• Mobile CI/CD pipelines and integration with APIs and cloud services.
• Publishing and supporting apps in Apple App Store and Google Play.
