Mobile App Software Developer

About the role

Horrocks is looking for a Mobile App Software Developer to join the Construction Information Management System (CIMS) team. You will help build and maintain a cross‑platform mobile application that supports construction management workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the CIMS mobile app using .NET MAUI for iOS and Windows.
• Support the full development lifecycle from concept and design through release and ongoing maintenance.
• Submit, review, and merge pull requests in a collaborative team environment.
• Work closely with testers to diagnose issues and implement effective fixes.
• Apply modern version‑control practices, structured release processes, and automated testing.
• Ensure the app follows mobile‑first UX design principles and accessibility standards.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience building applications with .NET MAUI for iOS and Windows platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to meet project needs.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET and working with REST and GraphQL APIs is a plus.
