Mitigation Field Technician

About the role

Join Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. as a Mitigation Field Technician, providing emergency recovery services in challenging environments such as smoke, water, mold, and sewage. You will work on-site to help people and properties recover from disaster damage.

Key responsibilities

• Install containment and safety mechanisms and monitor drying equipment/AFDs.
• Provide emergency cleaning, sanitizing, and controlled demolition services.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and company equipment, including preventative maintenance.
• Pack, move, and manage client contents and personal property.
• Perform sales‑related activities such as securing client reviews, referrals, and placing yard signage.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work weekends, night hours, and participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rotation.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work in confined spaces.
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
