Mitigation Field Supervisor – Restoration

About the role

The Mitigation Field Supervisor leads day‑to‑day field operations for water, fire, mold and related mitigation projects, ensuring efficient progress from initial response through completion and handoff. This hands‑on leadership position requires strong urgency, organization and the ability to coach technicians while maintaining high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of 2–3 mitigation technicians, expanding as business needs grow.
• Scope losses, complete on‑site documentation, and move files efficiently to estimating.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, drying progress, and on‑call coverage across multiple active projects.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and insurance adjusters, providing timely updates.
• Maintain equipment, company vehicles, and accurate job records using platforms such as DASH, MICA, DryTrack, RMS and Xactimate.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on restoration/mitigation experience with independent project management.
• Previous field leadership or supervisory experience.
• Active IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification; AMRT and FSRT preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions and maintain professionalism.

Required skills

• IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician certification
• AMRT and FSRT certifications (preferred)
• Proficiency with restoration management software: DASH, MICA, DryTrack, RMS, Xactimate
• Strong computer and mobile technology skills for field documentation
