Mission Operations Specialist

About the role

The Mission Operations Specialist will orchestrate the deployment and operation of HavocAI autonomous platforms and cloud products to support customer missions. Working at the intersection of operations, customer success, and product development, you will engage directly with customers, monitor system performance in the field, and translate operational insights into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments of HavocAI Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV) platforms, HavocControl software, and HavocCloud services.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to ensure field readiness and system performance.
• Train and support end‑users, driving effective adoption and high operational efficiency.
• Monitor live system metrics, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal teams for rapid resolution.
• Build trusted, long‑term customer relationships by understanding mission constraints and identifying future technology opportunities.
• Communicate HavocAI’s value proposition to operators, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Provide field feedback to product, GTM, and engineering teams to shape roadmap and prioritize improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across business development, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing deployments of autonomous or complex technical systems.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, logistics, and customer‑facing teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with operators, senior leaders, and external partners.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of building long‑term partnerships.
