Mid-Level Graphic Designer – Digital & Brand

About the role

Naadam is seeking a mid‑level Graphic Designer to join its in‑house creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will shape visual direction across all customer touchpoints, own the creative point of view for key channels, and mentor junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the Creative Director’s vision into on‑brand executions for email, paid media, social, e‑commerce, and marketplace channels.
• Define and evolve Naadam’s visual identity across digital touchpoints, flagging inconsistencies and proposing improvements.
• Design high‑quality email assets from concept to final production, ensuring performance‑optimized creative.
• Create static and motion‑driven assets for paid media platforms such as Meta and Google, using performance data to iterate.
• Partner with the social team to produce platform‑specific content for Instagram and other channels.
• Design and optimize visual assets for Naadam’s Amazon storefront, balancing brand consistency with performance best practices.
• Support portfolio brands Ivory Ella and Package Free, adapting design work to each brand’s voice and audience.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in digital graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to set creative direction, make brand decisions, and provide constructive feedback.
• Comfort mentoring junior designers and collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Strong point of view on digital design fundamentals, layout, and typography.
