Mid Dissemination Specialist

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Dissemination Specialist Mid to join its team in Fort Belvoir, VA. The program works directly with government and military stakeholders so that intelligence professionals worldwide have consistent access to the right data, supporting operational management, information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support and access management. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, core hours 09:00-15:00.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process appropriately marked products moving between security domains
• Stage and tag documents across multiple networks according to customer requirements
• Handle user requests received by group phone and group email
• Update logs and pertinent information for consistency and continuity
• Generate and modify intelligence metadata accurately and completely, in line with Government-approved direction
• Determine the releasability of intelligence information

Required profile

• TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph
• High school diploma (9 years of experience); associate degree (7 years); bachelor's degree (5 years)
• Experience preparing and processing marked intelligence products between security domains and approved repositories
• Experience generating and modifying intelligence metadata and with DoD policies on releasability of classified information
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and to collaborate with other intelligence community members

Required skills

• Preferred: experience in the intelligence field
• Preferred: knowledge of intelligence reporting, government classification levels and cross-domain transfer tools
