Mid All Source Analyst

About the role

Amentum supports the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) J2 Directorate by analysing all-source intelligence on the Iraq Team. The analyst's fused analysis and assessment help senior leaders, including the CENTCOM Commander, make decisions that affect the battlefield and the wider Intelligence Community. The work schedule is 0800-1600, and the analyst may also support the Joint Intelligence Center, including 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and produce intelligence products supporting global missions and customers.
• Apply ODNI analytic tradecraft standards, research using databases and toolsets, compile and analyse complex data and write assessments.
• Support the Joint Intelligence Center, which may require 24/7 shift work.
• Analyse the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and Areas of Interest, and provide recommendations so intelligence products can be produced, disseminated and applied.
• Cover subjects such as current and term analysis, daily production, graphics, write-for-release, political/military, terrorism, cyberspace, human terrain, geospatial intelligence, WMD, energy/environment, ballistic missiles, compromise mitigation, open-source, order of battle, target intelligence, materials analysis and network/systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or specialized training with 4-8 years of experience and recent equivalent intelligence or academic experience.
• Ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR and AOIs.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
