Mid All Source Analyst

About the role

Amentum supports the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) J2 Directorate by analyzing all-source intelligence on the Iraq Team. The analyst's fused analysis and assessment help senior leaders, including the CENTCOM Commander, make decisions that affect the battlefield and the wider Intelligence Community. The schedule varies but is typically Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and produce intelligence products supporting global missions and customers, applying ODNI analytic tradecraft standards.
• Research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments.
• Support the Joint Intelligence Center, which may require 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning.
• Analyze the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and Areas of Interest, and recommend actions to produce, disseminate and apply intelligence products.
• Cover subjects such as current and term analysis, daily production, graphics, write-for-release, political/military, terrorism, cyberspace, human terrain, geospatial intelligence, WMD, energy/environment, ballistic missiles, compromise mitigation, open-source, order of battle, target intelligence, materials analysis and network discovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or specialized training with 4-8 years of experience and recent equivalent academic experience.
• Ability to conduct all-source analysis of USCENTCOM AOR and AOIs.
• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.
• Drug-free workplace; employment is contingent on passing a drug screening, which may include pre-hire screening for marijuana and other federally controlled substances.
