About the role
The Copilot Trainer will lead adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot across business personas. Acting as a functional expert, you will design and deliver training, workshops, and coaching to drive measurable productivity gains and ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver live virtual or in‑person training sessions covering Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other M365 surfaces.
- Create and maintain recorded training assets, quick‑reference guides and on‑demand labs.
- Facilitate office‑hours clinics and “Change Corners” to reinforce learning and address user barriers.
- Teach prompt‑writing fundamentals, build a persona‑based prompt library and provide real‑time prompt coaching.
- Conduct day‑in‑the‑life interviews (10‑15 per program) to uncover workflows and identify high‑impact use cases.
- Lead design‑thinking workshops to map user journeys, pinpoint friction points and translate insights into targeted adoption campaigns.
- Stay current with evolving Copilot features and continuously integrate new capabilities into training materials.
Required profile
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration across core apps.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate business processes into practical AI use cases.
- Learning agility to keep pace with rapid product updates.
