Microbiologist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced microbiologist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that answer complex biology questions. You will work remotely, on your own schedule, and contribute to improving the accuracy and performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with challenging biology queries covering cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
• Assess the quality of AI-generated answers for correctness, relevance, and logical consistency.
• Measure model progress, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to enhance overall performance.
• Document evaluation results and communicate findings to the development team.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with a strong scientific mindset.
• Solid understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and laboratory techniques.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
