MERN Stack Developer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a MERN Stack Developer to join its Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit in Richardson, TX. As a Technology Consultant 2, you will help clients in the telecom, media and technology sectors accelerate their digital transformation through cloud, AI and modern web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, integrate and maintain new features in existing MERN applications while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth roll‑outs.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.
