Merchandising Representative

About the role

The Merchandising Representative will act as the face of the Celsius brand across grocery, specialty, health‑club and convenience locations in the assigned market. This field‑based position involves creating eye‑catching displays, managing shelf space, and driving product awareness through demos and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including new floor displays and signage.
• Visit target accounts, negotiate PDQ placements, end‑cap displays and cool‑er space with store managers.
• Maintain product stock on shelves, cold vaults and stand‑alone coolers according to brand guidelines.
• Rotate back‑stock, place point‑of‑sale materials, and ensure displays remain fully stocked.
• Capture weekly photos and reports of merchandising activity.
• Support new store openings and store reset projects.
• Conduct product demos on request and gather sales leads for the territory manager.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation and ability to represent the brand positively.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage a territory independently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with store managers and team members.
