Merchandiser – National Accounts Team (Denver)

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser on the National Accounts Team, supporting Total Wine & More locations in Denver, Lakewood and Centennial. You will be responsible for creating eye‑catching displays, managing inventory, and ensuring product placement aligns with brand standards while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts, gather feedback and share insights with the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item situations.
• Continuously grow knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits brands.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and safely during all interactions.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older, preferably with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and lift 45‑65 lb.

• $20.00 per hour base pay.
• $2,400 annual car allowance plus company‑issued gas card.
