Merchandiser – Georgetown, DE

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is seeking a full‑time Merchandiser to showcase its brands across the Georgetown, DE territory. You will be responsible for building eye‑catching displays, managing inventory, and ensuring product placement aligns with brand standards while traveling to customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Share insights with the sales team to identify brand, category, and shelf‑expansion opportunities.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock situations and new item opportunities.
• Continuously expand knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor with sound judgment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders as needed.
