Merchandiser – Full-time (Remote)

About the role

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement. This full‑time remote position is open to current associates who have a reliable vehicle to travel to customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, managing POS materials, and performing store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand and category opportunities and expand shelf and cold‑box facings.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock or new item opportunities to the sales team.
• Develop knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit brands and educate customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products safely and conduct responsible interactions with the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• 21 years or older, preferably with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professionalism, sound judgment and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, squatting, reaching and climbing ladders.
