Merchandiser – Beverage Retail

About the role

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring beverage products are attractively displayed, fully stocked, and rotated across assigned retail accounts in the Las Vegas market. This full‑time position supports sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective merchandising practices.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain product displays and POS material.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and address out‑of‑stock situations.
• Continuously learn beer, wine, and spirit product knowledge.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and safely.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, preferably with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
