Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor (Rhode Island)

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, is looking for an independently licensed clinical therapist to join its provider network. The opportunity suits clinicians who want to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples and/or families, with administrative and marketing support and easy invoicing. The ability to work with clients in person through a private or group practice is strongly preferred.

Clinicians must be able to serve clients in the Cumberland area of Rhode Island and must have their own office space.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT, and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care
• Ability to manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
