Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor (Florence, AL)

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, is recruiting an independently licensed clinical therapist as a 1099 contractor to join its provider network. The network includes in-person and virtual therapists, physicians and coaches across the US, matched with clients through Lyra's technology and supported by training and clinical consultation. The opportunity suits clinicians who want well-matched clients, administrative and marketing support, and easy invoicing with quick payments.

Clinicians must be able to serve clients in the Florence, Alabama area, and working with clients in person through their own private or group practice is strongly preferred.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g. MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, able to work independently without supervision, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g. ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families
• Office space available to see clients in the Alabama area
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
