Member Services Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Member Services Representative to join the Member Services Department at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, located just outside Nashville, TN. The role focuses on delivering personalized service to members, guests and visitors, ensuring memorable experiences throughout their time at the club.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name upon arrival and departure.
• Create and maintain member profiles, preferences and itineraries.
• Coordinate transportation, reservations and activities with internal teams or external vendors.
• Maintain a list of trusted local vendors and recommend services as needed.
• Answer incoming club phones and route calls appropriately.
• Prepare daily activity reports and 10‑day visit forecasts.
• Produce written communications, visual guides, calendars and event invitations.
• Assist in planning, promoting and executing club events.
• Collaborate with Sales, General Manager and Public Relations to enhance member experiences.
• Support the golf retail shop and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality, communications, marketing or public relations preferred.
• Minimum six months of hospitality, customer service or telephone experience.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, patient, courteous and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
