Residential Services Technician

About the role

The Residential Services Technician supports the Residential Services Department at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, providing high‑quality property management for members and guests. This full‑time position ensures homes are prepared, maintained, and serviced to create a premium Discovery Land experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑arrival and post‑departure home inspections, including housekeeping, maintenance, grocery stocking, laundry, and package handling.
• Meet members and guests upon arrival and departure, delivering exceptional service and communication.
• Secure properties after guest departure and manage emergency reporting to the Director of Residential Services.
• Maintain property binders with appliance guides and assist owners with equipment operation.
• Coordinate vendors, oversee general maintenance plans, and assist with storm preparation and inspection.
• Handle guest requests promptly, perform general maintenance tasks, and support other departments as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours as required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and meet physical demands of the role.
