About the role

As a Member Services Advisor for The Ritz‑Carlton Club, you will be the primary point of contact for members and guests, helping them create memorable vacation experiences. The role blends customer service, reservation management, and problem‑solving in a supportive, hospitality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional assistance to members via phone, email, fax, mail, or in‑person interactions.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy of account and booking details.
• Check availability, suggest alternative dates or accommodations, and guide members through vacation ownership options.
• Resolve complaints and reservation errors promptly, maintaining high customer‑satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and uphold quality and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Willingness to undergo background and/or drug screening as required.
