Member Service Representative (5:30am‑1:30pm)

About the role

The Member Service Representative creates a welcoming environment for Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Working the 5:30 am‑1:30 pm shift, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience at the club’s front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about membership options.
• Check members into the system and process new member sign‑ups.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assist with account updates.
• Address member questions and concerns promptly, escalating to management when needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front‑desk area and overall club.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with an upbeat, positive attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work a set shift schedule.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, talk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lb during the shift.
