Member Engagement Manager

About the role

Pacific Health Group is looking for a proactive, operationally driven Member Engagement Manager to lead and expand its Member Engagement department. The role oversees daily outreach operations, staff development, and enrollment growth across ECM and related programs.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage the Member Engagement team, including Team Leads and staff.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, performance reviews, and accountability.
• Develop and refine workflows, SOPs, outreach protocols, and department structure.
• Monitor outreach productivity, enrollment metrics, and departmental performance.
• Balance caseloads, assign leads, and ensure smooth handoffs between enrollment and care management.
• Support community outreach initiatives, resource fairs, and partnership building.
• Ensure documentation compliance with internal and health‑plan requirements.
• Collaborate with directors, executive leadership, and other departments on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly organized and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of relationship‑based healthcare outreach.
• Demonstrated leadership, accountability, problem‑solving, and coaching abilities.
• Experience managing both office‑based and field‑based initiatives.
