Medication Technician – Senior Living

About the role

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician to join the team at Dogwood Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care. In this full‑time position you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ health and independence by safely administering medications and providing personal care.

Key responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and accurately record each dose in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Obtain, document, and report resident vital signs.
• Manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, storing, and accounting for all supplies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as hygiene, dressing, mobility, and basic housekeeping tasks.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.

Required profile

• Compassionate, dependable individual with a genuine desire to serve seniors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication administration protocols.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to collaborate with nurses and other staff.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain CMA certification (optional, training provided).
