Medical Science Liaison (South/Southeast) – Senior Level

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking experienced field‑based scientific professionals to join its Medical Affairs team as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Senior Medical Science Liaison (Senior MSL) within the Immunology & Inflammation therapeutic area. The role involves building scientific awareness of Beeline’s pipeline, supporting investigator‑initiated research and facilitating peer‑to‑peer scientific exchange across the South and Southeast United States.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and refinement of medical strategy by gathering field insights and engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs), key medical experts (KMEs) and investigators.
• Develop and execute territory plans that align with organizational priorities and data milestones.
• Manage a defined territory of KME and HCP relationships within the Immunology & Inflammation therapeutic area.
• For Senior MSLs, lead senior KOL relationships, operate with full strategic autonomy and contribute directly to Medical Affairs strategy and team development.

Required profile

• Scientific background with experience in clinical development or medical affairs.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment with regular travel across the assigned states (AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV).
• Strong communication skills to engage HCPs, KMEs and investigators.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing territory assignments and business priorities.
