Medical Science Liaison – Epilepsy (Texas)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Epilepsy will serve as a scientific bridge between Jazz Pharmaceuticals and the medical community across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mississippi. Reporting to US Medical Affairs, the MSL will build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, share up‑to‑date scientific information, and support the company’s epilepsy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and develop relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers in the epilepsy therapeutic area.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with US Medical Affairs strategies.
• Gather and communicate clinical and research insights from KOLs to internal teams.
• Deliver scientific presentations at hospitals, investigator meetings, conferences and advisory boards.
• Provide scientific support for medical congress staffing, advisory boards and sales training initiatives.
• Maintain current knowledge of epilepsy therapies, Jazz products, emerging research and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Established scientific credibility and experience interacting with academic and clinical experts.
• Strong understanding of epilepsy disease state and therapeutic developments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for peer‑to‑peer engagement.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
