Medical PACS Data Entry & Service Desk Analyst

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a detail‑oriented Medical PACS Data Entry & Service Desk Analyst to support a Spectra Data PACS environment in the United States. The role focuses on high‑volume radiology data entry and basic PACS support, ensuring accurate information flow for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume, accurate data entry within the PACS system to support radiology workflows.
• Act as a Service Desk Analyst, handling basic PACS‑related support tasks and troubleshooting issues.
• Follow established Knowledge Base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Support radiology workflow processes in a static, non‑dynamic PACS environment.
• Identify and escalate workflow or system issues that do not align with documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in data entry.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in service desk operations or support environments.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with PACS systems or healthcare IT environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows (preferred).
