About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking qualified Medical Laboratory Scientists at levels I, II, and III to join its health facilities serving the Benton and Bryant communities in Arkansas. This position supports the delivery of high‑quality laboratory services within a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing and analysis as part of UAMS Health facilities in Benton and Bryant.
• Accurately process patient specimens and report results in accordance with UAMS standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure quality control, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Hold appropriate certification/licensure for Medical Laboratory Scientist levels I, II, or III.
