Medical Doctor – Telehealth & Mobile Care

About the role

We are looking for a board‑certified Medical Doctor to join ELEMED™ in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This full‑time, on‑site position combines telehealth consultations with hands‑on care delivered from our fully equipped Mercedes‑Benz® medical vans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live telehealth consultations and provide comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Diagnose, prescribe treatments, and coordinate follow‑up care.
• Collaborate closely with registered nurses to ensure seamless mobile patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and deliver patient‑centric services in a mobile setting.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in New York State.
• Strong clinical skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital medical technologies.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest or experience in urgent, primary, preventative, or aesthetic care.
