Medical Doctor – Remote AI Evaluation (Hourly Contract)

About the role

This position is for board‑certified or board‑eligible physicians who want to apply their clinical expertise to cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence research. Working fully remotely, you will help design realistic patient scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated medical responses, and contribute to improving the safety and accuracy of next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create clinically realistic prompts and patient cases aligned with your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference answers that demonstrate attending‑level reasoning.
• Assess AI‑generated medical outputs using structured evaluation criteria.
• Provide detailed written feedback on diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluations.

Required profile

• Attending physicians: board‑certified with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Residents (final year) or recent graduates: board‑eligible.
• Fellows: board‑certified or board‑eligible in their primary specialty.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
