Medical Doctor (MD) – Remote AI Evaluation (20+ hrs/week)

About the role

This remote, hourly contract invites board‑certified physicians and senior residents to apply their clinical expertise to cutting‑edge AI research. You will help shape the next generation of medical AI by creating realistic case scenarios, reviewing AI‑generated responses, and providing evidence‑based feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and patient scenarios aligned with your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference responses that demonstrate attending‑level reasoning.
• Evaluate AI‑generated medical answers using structured criteria.
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and guideline adherence.
• Assess diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions as needed.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license, or final‑year residents/fellows who are board‑eligible.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
