The University of Miami UHealth is seeking a full‑time Medical Assistant II to support patient care at the Deerfield Beach clinic. Working under the direct supervision of a licensed physician, you will provide hands‑on clinical assistance while upholding the institution’s standards of quality, safety, and compassionate service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform multi‑skilled clinical tasks to assist medical providers, including patient intake, vital signs, and basic procedures.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and physician directives.
• Collaborate with nurses, charge nurses, and unit designees to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain professional conduct at all times.
